About Us

Sanne de Groot, BKin, CAT(C), Life Coach.

Sanne de Groot is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, offering an evidence-informed, whole-body approach to recovery and performance. She supports clients with sports injury assessment, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and hands-on treatment—whilealso looking deeper at the patterns behind pain. Sanne believes the body is always communicating: our issues show up in our tissues, and everything in the body is interconnected. Sessions often explore the “story” the body is telling through movement, tension, posture, breath, and nervous system responses, so healing can happen more completely—not just site-specific.

Sanne’s training and credentials include Athletic Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Technique, myofascial stretching, Craniosacral Therapy, Psychosomatic (Body–Mind) Therapy, Life Coaching and Mindfulness Coaching. She integrates mindfulness and practical self-awareness tools to help clients feel more grounded, regulated, and empowered in their recovery.

Based in Fernie, BC, Sanne works with active individuals of all ages—from athletes and outdoor enthusiasts to anyone managing pain, stress, or recurring injuries—helping you return to work and play safely, confidently, and with greater ease.
