AromaTouch Technique (Aromatherapy Treatment)

What is The Aromatouch Technique?
The ArōmaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. Developed by Dr. David Hill, a leading expert in integrative medicine and therapeutic applications of essential oils, the ArōmaTouch Technique improves well-being by reducing physical and emotional stressors and by supporting healthy autonomic function. The technique is simple and intuitive and uses CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils for an unparalleled grounding experience.

What does a typical session look like?
The ArōmaTouch Technique includes four primary steps designed to minimize systematic stressors to autonomic balance. Each step includes the application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for well-being. The technique requires approx 40 minutes per application.

Who can benefit from this treatment?
Everyone. Children and adults, of all ages.
The technique was created to combat four systemic constants: stress, toxic insult, inflammation, and autonomic imbalance. Recognizing that there are common factors at the foundation of illness in the body, the AromaTouch Technique was developed to reduce these systemic constants and return the body to a state of system balance.
Because essential oils contain many physical and emotional healing properties each oil used in the AromaTouch Technique has been selected specifically for its individual therapeutic benefit and aroma. The AromaTouch Technique complements CPTG® oils and further enhances their impact. The AromaTouch Technique addresses common negative factors that impair health and returns the body to a state of homeostasis via a four-step process centered on CPTG oils and simple hand techniques. AromaTouch will enhance essential oil activity, stimulate known body meridian and energy zones while balancing body systems and function. Many believe that stress is the root of all dis-ease and that’s what makes this treatment so effective; it works on the emotional body as well as the physical body to produce measurable changes.

Medical professionals successfully treated children with ADD/ADHD and patients with cognitive issues, alzheimer, seizures, cancer, auto-immune illnesses, neurological deficits, varicose veins, emotional imbalance (McKeever, B. 2014).

What are CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade ® essential oils?
Therapeutic-grade essential oils are pure, natural aromatic compounds carefully extracted from plants. They do not contain fillers or artificial ingredients that would dilute their active qualities. Proper extraction and quality control methods also ensure that essential oils are free of any contaminants, such as pesticides or other chemical residues. In addition to being pure and natural, CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils are subjected to additional quality testing that ensures the correct composition of the active natural compounds found in each oil. Even though an essential oil may be pure, if the right species or part of a plant has not been used, or if the plant has not been grown in the right environment, harvested at the right time, or not distilled under the right conditions, the natural chemical makeup of the extraction will not provide as predictable and powerful a benefit. In some cases, the wrong plant part harvested at the wrong time may result in an extract that contains harmful levels of some constituents.

CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade ® essential oils are guaranteed to be pure, natural, and free of synthetic compounds or contaminates. Essential oils are subjected to rigorous mass spectrometry and gas chromatography testing to ensure extract composition and activity. Essential oils represent the safest and most beneficial essential oils available today.
