How To Handle Emotional Stress Workshop

Emotional Stress Workshop being offered during the Goddess Rising 2016 event
Saturday March 12th @ The Fernie Community Centre from 11.15 am -12.45 pm.

Our moods are a complex interplay of emotional and physical components. Sometimes we may feel impatient or angry, unmotivated or discouraged. Other times we may feel tense or worried, or even hopeless and withdrawn. This 1.5 hr workshop will teach you how to practice mindfulness, adopt breathing techniques and utilize 100% pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils to help manage stress, improve your mood, and balance your mind, body and spirit.
