Roller Derby Season might have come to an end, but the victory and the memories of our tournament will last far into next year’s Roller Derby season! I am proud to announce that Canada took home 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the US SPOKARNAGE tournament!!! Congratulations to Avalanche City Roller Girls, for taking home 2nd place price! Words can not describe how proud I am of the team and the coaches: Patrice Pat McRotch Grenier, Flustercluck and Quadzilla! I feel honoured to have been invited to work as an Athletic Therapist with both the Junior and Senior ACRG team this season! I must be honest: I totally fell in love with Rollerderby !!!! I would like to encourage all of Fernie-ites to come out and support the ACRG next season and maybe even consider to come to the Fresh Meat try-outs in October, 2015!
